My name is Maria Sanchez and I am a Notary in the state to Virginia. Using my Notary services is my only source of income, so my time is very flexible. I am available 24/7, holidays, late nights and weekends included. I understand that the documents I’m entrusted with are time sensitive and must be returned asap. I ensure all necessary documents are returned error free by taking the time to recheck. I schedule my time to include any possible delays. Living in the DC area, traffic could be brutal!

I am commissioned in the state of Virginia. Have taken, and am certified, with a detailed Loan Signing course. I carry a $1,000,000 dollar E & O insurance policy. And finally, I am a certified member with the National Notary Association.

My services include, but not limited to, basic notary services, loan signings, deeds, sellers package, HELOC, reverse mortgage and even PCOR. I also offer mobile fingerprinting!
